This Privacy Policy explains how Reminlet ("Reminlet", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Reminlet mobile application (the "App"). We built Reminlet to keep your data private and, wherever possible, on your own device. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Content you create. Your countdowns, streaks, notes, attachments, and daily plans are stored on your device. We do not have access to this content unless you explicitly contact us and share it.
Purchase information. When you buy a subscription or the lifetime plan, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple's StoreKit. Reminlet verifies your entitlement locally on your device and never receives your payment-card details.
Diagnostic data. We may receive anonymized, aggregated crash and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve the App. This data does not identify you personally.
2. How we use information
- To provide the App's core features and keep your reminders, streaks, and plans working.
- To unlock and validate Premium features you have purchased.
- To diagnose crashes and improve performance and reliability.
- To respond to your support requests when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your notes, countdowns, or plans for advertising.
3. Storage and iCloud
Your content is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, Apple syncs your data across your own devices using your private iCloud account. That data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not accessible to us.
4. Third-party services
Reminlet relies on Apple's services for distribution, payments, and optional iCloud sync. Subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple's StoreKit, and Premium entitlements are verified locally on your device without any third-party server.

5. Notifications
The App sends local notifications (for reminders, streaks, and countdowns) directly from your device. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings.
6. Children's privacy
Reminlet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Because your content lives on your device, you can view, edit, or delete it at any time within the App, or by deleting the App. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access or erase personal data we hold; contact us to exercise them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be announced within the App.
